Return Policy
We are giving priority for customer satisfaction. So, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold through FAB FEATHERS website:
To return the product(s), first you have to report the same to FAB FEATHERS. You can contact us in our customer support number: +91 7594 99 2020 or you can write us to support@fabfeathers.in
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Customer has to send back the product to Fab Feathers via any courier services or through Indian Postal Service. Shipping charges incurred for customer will be refunded along with the return amount.
Return amount will be sent to customer only after checking the product received back from the customer.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is send by the customer, FAB FEATHERS shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped.
In case, even a single product of the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order
Combo Order Cancellation: Cancellation at combo level will result in the cancellation of the entire combo. Partial cancellation at product level (inside combo) is not applicable and will not be allowed.
